Del Automotive Group is an automotive dealer with two locations and a rich 40 year history in Chester County, Pa. In a congested Primary Marketing Area – Del was losing market share with a diminished brand identity in the Philadelphia Automotive market place. Despite focusing almost 100% of their marketing budget targeting their immediate trade area – research showed that over 45% of customers who shopped for a new Toyota or Chevy in Chester County did not shop at Del because they did not know they even existed. Website traffic and leads were down significantly compared to competitive dealers.
